Private Sessions are great for anyone who cannot commit to a regular time each week or who is recovering from injury or who wants to work on a 1:1 basis maybe working on a particular part of their body. These sessions are completely for you so will work on anything that you require. Also complete beginners to Pilates would be recommended to have an initial private session before any group classes can commence. Held at my home studio in Fetcham.
