Beginner/Improver

We start to learn the elements of Pilates in these classes at a much slower pace.  Time is given to getting into different positions.  Modifications and Adaptations are given.  Props may be given to assist an exercise.

 

All group classes – you should be generally fit and healthy and be able to commit to a regular slot each week.
