About

Jane was introduced to Pilates after developing a stress fracture in her pelvis which stopped her obsessive running and gym classes in their tracks. Turning to Pilates to heal she discovered true core strength for the first time.

Jane is an experienced Body Control Pilates Mat and Reformer Instructor. She has also gained qualifications in Bone Health Pilates, Post Natal Pilates and other small pilates equipment courses. Her desire to continue her Pilates education is further demonstrated by attending courses with Lisa B Pilates; Cadillac, Progressive Reformer and Ultimate Mat. Like all of us who are passionate about our work she attends weekly instructor classes to work on her own body and believes everyone can benefit from Pilates regardless of age or personal fitness level.

Outside the studio when she has time, Jane rides her horse. She is married with three children who keep her busy.

Recently Jane completed a mentorship with Julie Driver (juliedriverpilates.com) who has over 20 years experience in the industry. They both share a passion for horses, and deliver Pilates to as many riders as possible.

Currently embarking on the Everybody Pilates Fully Comprehensive Classical Certification. This is a 12-14 month commitment to become more knowledgeable about the entire Classical Pilates System as Joseph Pilates taught it. I will learn the whole system, mat, reformer, Cadillac, chairs and barrels.
